NB!! ENSURE you are not ALREADY registered on the SACQSP database BEFORE proceeding with this registration to avoid duplication and re-invoicing. Contact us or perform a search on the home page to confirm if you are in our system already.

Steps to registration:

1. Am I eligible to register as a candidate quantity surveyor/International applicant or RPL applicant?  Refer to the Annexure A/B of the Registration policy Route to Registration
   
   
   
2. Have I got all the documentation required?
   
   
   • Employers Undertaking – to be certified and have the Company stamp affixed (download from here)
     
   • Certified Copy of ID/Passport document (certification not older than 3months)
     
   • Certified Copy of Highest Qualification (certification not older than 3months)
   • Certified Proof of residence (Utility Bill, Cellphone Bill, Bank Statement, Lease agreement. Certification not older than 3months)
   • SAQA Certificate or SAQA Verification Letter (For South African Qualifications, The Official Academic Transcript will be Accepted) 
     
   • Mentor/supervisors Certificate of Good Standing
   • Proof of payment
     
   • Recognised Prior Learning Applicants download General Report document here
   • RPL Application Form (download here)
     
     
3. Complete the application form and submit scanned documentation.
4. Generate the enrollment fee invoice.
5. Pay the prescribed fee using your invoice number as the reference number
6. Proof of payment to be forwarded to the accounts department invoice@sacqsp.co.za
   

Guidelines for registration:

• Persons who do not have the minimum academic qualification or post qualification experience will not be eligible for registration.
  If unsure, please contact the Council office telephonically
  
  
• If you do not have ALL of the above, signed and certified documents, you will not be able to proceed with registration.
  
  
• Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory and you will not be able to save your submission if incomplete.
  
  
• Discipline of registration needs to be specified

• You will receive an automatically generated Enrolment Fee invoice at the end of your application, which you are personally liable for.
  
  
• Enrolment Fees are quoted EX VAT, but your invoice will show VAT as a separate line item at the completion of the online application process.
  
  
• Online payment via card is processed immediately.
