If you are signing in for the first time or have forgotten your password, this tutorial will assist and guide you to the simple process to create or reset your password

Step 1.

Click on ''forgot password'' in sign in box

All Candidate and Professional QS will need to create a first time password to access their profile.

Step 2

Insert your username that was sent to you in your launch email or your email address. Insert the security code and submit. A password reset email will be sent to you

Step 3

Check your email after completing the password reset process as described above. In the email is a password reset link. Click on that link  to complete the password reset process

Once you created your password, please update your profile

Manage Profile.

You can add connections, view details on record, upload files, add a photo. Take the the time to try out all the features
